You will receive a code that is redeemable for the promo card(s) listed above on the Pokemon TCG Live service. You will not receive any physical product mailed to you.
Note:
The PTCG Live game limits the number of codes that can be redeemed per account. There’s a 4 code limit you can redeem for cards and a 1 code limit you can redeem for non-cards. Any additional codes you redeem give you Crystals instead of cards or Coins instead of accessories.
Upon purchase you will receive a separate email from [email protected] with all the codes ordered. This email may end up in your spam folder.

Returns
The stock is dynamic and we are unable to completely manage it because many stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could run out of stock even after you have placed the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've bought the item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
